About Me
Joann Klimkiewicz is a writer in Connecticut. She grew up in that tiny slice of heaven called North Brunswick, New Jersey. (That's off exit 9, for you natives who know from the Turnpike). While her father would have liked her to attend the exceedingly cheaper Rutgers University, Joann had her heart set on New York University. She graduated in 1999 with a B.A. in Journalism.
Overheard at her backyard graduation picnic:
Joann: See, Dad? If I went to Rutgers instead of NYU, I might never have discovered journalism.
Iggy: (long pause) You mean I had to pay $100,000 just so you could discover journalism?
Apparently so.
